    Star Plus leads as India's favorite Hindi channel. Ladies being Major contributor for its success. Viacom 18's "colors" is in top 3 despite being launched on July 21st,2008. Whereas Hong Kong based Star Plus (previously Star TV) and Zee TV (India's first Hindi satellite channel) were launched in 1992..
